Fees and Refunds

Upon purchase you (the “Client”) agree to the Consultant fees, costs, and expenses, identified at the times and intervals selected by Client in the Shopping Cart (the “Fees”).

In the event that Client’s payment is declined or missed, a late fee of $50 will be applied immediately. An additional $50 late fee will be charged for each 3 days a payment is late. Should a payment decline two times in a row, a $150 fee will be charged. No exceptions.

In the event Client must withdraw from a Program for any reason whatsoever, Client remains fully responsible for the unpaid balance of the Investment. There are no refunds given under any circumstances. Client understands that Company can terminate the contract at any point and no refunds or partial refunds will be given.

With respect to any consulting packages, workshops, live events, retreats, or individual products, no refunds will be allowed. All sales are final.

Termination

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or terminate your access to the Website and its Content, in full or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of cancellation or termination, you are no longer authorized to access the part of the Website or Content affected by such cancellation or termination. The restrictions imposed on you in these T&C with respect to the Website and its Content will still apply now and in the future, even after termination by you or us.
